UV Masterbatch for Agricultural Films

UV Masterbatch for Agricultural Films - Plastics are sensitive to degradation by UV light and must be consequently protected when exposed to UV solar radiation. The range and rate of this degradation are determined by various parameters such as climatic conditions, and thickness of the part, polymer type, or the appearance of other additives.

  • UV Masterbatch for Agricultural Films is a highly effective performance Masterbatch which available with a concentration of 10 % & 20 %
  • They do not absorb harmful UV radiation.
  • Sulphur-resistant 3rd generation UV masterbatches for Agri films, PP/HDPE ropes, etc. are available.
  • Contains a high-performance HALS TYPE UV stabilizer (HILITE-77) (Based on unique HALS-type active ingredients).
  • Recommended dosage from 1 % to 5 % & PE - Base carrier resin. It also helps to give perfect UV resistance even in the presence of strong insecticides & Pesticides.
  • Gives longer service life and/or reduced cost.
Applications for UV Masterbatch for Agricultural Films
UV Masterbatches preserve the polymers against UV-degradation, protect discoloration, and enhances processibility.

UV Masterbatches do not absorb the harmful UV radiations, thus guarantees excellent performance and stabilized the mechanical characteristics and elongation. It also bypasses the crazing and chalking effect.

They are perfect for jumbo bags, irrigation films, rotomoulding items, etc. They are used in the plastics industry for UV resistance by adding UV to provide better thermal stability and Weatherability properties.

Due to attractive gloss and high Weatherability characteristics, they are showing excellent performance even in adverse conditions.

Benefits
  • Excellent surface property
  • Long term UV resistance
  • Highly resistant to extraction
  • Enhancement of UV resistance of the product when exposed to sunlight.
  • Excellent UV stabilizer efficiency in polyolefins
  • Low color contribution, low volatility, and extraction resistance
  • Lower interaction with pigments & fillers
  • Provides longer assistance life and/or reduced cost

Top Masterbatch for Water Tanks and Plastic Pipes

There is no business where polymeric products are not used these days. Be it automotive, aircraft, packaging, and printing, plastics have become universal around the world.

The versatile characteristics and properties of plastics enable them to modify to any shape with high tensile strength, durability, stability, and resistance to weathering. Imagining life without the use of plastic products is not possible these days.

Did you know how plastic gets bright color, durability, strength, and other characteristics? Wondering how?

Well, it is due to the use of high-quality masterbatches for water tanks and additives manufactured by firms compounding polymers like us. These masterbatches are added to carrier resin while producing at the plants to give superior qualities and characteristics to plastics products.

For example, the Polypropylene fiber masterbatch enhances the color intensity, strength, filterability, spinning, dilutability, and other characteristics of the stable fiber, monofilament, and other textile products.

Masterbatch for Water Tanks
Despite the fact, using water tanks is one of the common practices of storing water in the home, apartment, building, and other accommodations.

The water tanks are painted with black, white, brown, and different colors that prevent UV radiation, pollution, and weathering due to extreme temperature.

It is due to the use of a high-quality masterbatch which diminishes density, thermal and acoustic insulation, and stiffness in the original polymer. The quality masterbatch enhances cell structure, and surface appearance while giving the container lightly with high creep resistance and impact strength, toughness, and intensity.

Masterbatch for Plastic Pipes
Plastic is an integral part of water storage and conveyance. Plastic pipes are used for transporting water from one place to another. These pipes undergo a lot of pressure while moving the pressurized water in them. And this is the reason, strong plastic pipes with the ability to withstand high pressure and weathering are preferred for use.

Because the high-density plastic pipes meet the standard set by the international organization for standardization for water transportation.

All about Polymer Processing Aid PPA Masterbatch

Polymer Processing Aid masterbatch has been designed in such a way that it enhances the processing of polyolefins (for examples - LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, etc) along with other benefits such as a reduction in die build-up, melt fracture, back pressure, and improve in gloss and output.

It consists of a consistently dispersed fluoropolymer-based additive in polyolefin carrier resin.

DOSAGE: 1-1.5% Polymer Processing Aid masterbatch is utilized depending on the polymer and machine condition.

The polymer containing antiblock, UV stabilizer, an inorganic pigment such as Tio2, slip, antistatic, Calcium stearate, Zinc Stearate, Zinc Oxide, may require a slightly higher dosage level of Polymer Processing Aid masterbatch.

Note: The user or customer must assure that all metal surfaces coming in connection with polymer are thoroughly washed so that they become properly coated/ covered with PPA.

Why You Should Use Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatch?
Many polyethylene coating goods, including garbage bags, packaging film, grocery bags, and sheeting, are designed using the blown film extrusion process.

A surface scratch called melt fracture can happen during LLDPE processing. Melt fracture creates roughness on the film surface, which gives the film a cheap appearance and, in the more severe cases, reduces film strength. LLDPE with lower MFI which are frequently used to improve film toughness tends to melt fracture than comparable resins with higher melt indices.

Processing Aid masterbatch defeats melt fracture and back pressure by migrating from the polyethylene melt and coating the metal of the die, where it operates as a lubricant to decrease apparent viscosity and shear strains in the melt. As a result, the essential power for processing is significantly reduced.

Advantages
  • Reduces melt fracture (surface roughness and irregularities) which occur at unsteady flow conditions
  • Reduces die to build-up and gel formation
  • Increases output and bubble stability
  • Improved gloss
  • Processing temperature can be reduced and hence saving in power consumption
  • Does not interfere with printing, painting, and sealing properties
  • Does not impart any color/opacity in the final product
  • No effect on the mechanical properties of the product
  • Polymer Processing Aid masterbatch allows the processing of the resin of lower MFI that gives increased film strength.
  • Faster cleaning of colors
  • Can be used in food contact applications

Anti Rodent Masterbatch Protects Plastics from Rats

Are you searching for the best quality Anti Rodent Masterbatch or additives to add to your plastic products to protect them from rats or any hostile animals? If yes, you have arrived at the right place.

Anti-rodent Masterbatch provides an alternative to metallic shield, glass roving, or special engineering polymers that are often adopted to protect plastic products such as cables, bottles, etc., from hostile animal or insect environments.

World’s best manufacturer and supplier
M.G. Polyblends, one of the Global Companies that developed and manufactured the masterbatches and additives products that are non-toxic. Obviously, yes, they don't disclose their active ingredients used in the manufacturing process.

The above masterbatches and additives have produced or conducted numerous field tests with products with additive containing compounds, and further placed those products in rodent-infested areas. Besides, these processes were not lab tests.

Multiple tests concluded the methods, formula, specifications, etc., were effective in repelling both termites and rodents.

Rats or any hostile animals could be a big issue to the plastic product because they are more likely to get attracted to the plastic smell, color, and textures of plastics. It is known that rats generally enjoy the plasticizers which are used to make cable, wire, etc.

According to recent studies and research, hostile animals chew through power cables have been the cause of the significant delay of Indian Railways or in the countries as well.

Many articles have been published that documented the damage hostile animals could do to the engine wiring, power cables, etc., particularly during the winter season.

The masterbatches and additives that are produced today works in various ways to help protect plastic products from hostile animals.

Today, non-toxic solutions and chemical products are highly demanded in many countries. And so, if you are in search for these chemicals for any industry, please feel free to connect with us.

We would be happy revert back to you with the best solution possible.
